Löysin sattumalta eilen kaksi mielenkiintoista kirjaa jotka äiti oli saanut jostain kirjakerhosta. Kysyin äidiltäni kirjojen kohtalosta ja hän lupasi kirjat minulle. Illalla päivittäessäni uusia kirjoja Tulossa luettavaksi sivulle, katsoin että tämä kirja on niin ohut että menisi yhdessä illassa. Ja niinhän se meni.
Boo that came and go.
I accidentaly find yesterday two interesting books that my mom had got from some book club. I asked if she has thought to give the books to someone. She said that she hasn't so I got these books. In the evening when I updated Tulossa luettavaksi page I think that this book is so slim that I could read it on one night. And I was right.
Kirjan kansi on hyvin yksinkertainen, mutta ei tylsä.
Kirja kertoo Kurt Wallanderista ja Wallanderin haaveesta hankkia talo maalta. Wallanderin työkaveri antaakin hänelle vinkin myytävästä talosta, jota Wallander lähteekin katsomaan. Kiertäessään taloa Wallander törmääkin ruumiiseen ja asiat kääntyvät päälaelleen sekä alkaa monien vuosikymmenten taakse ulottuva selvitystyö.
Book's cover is simple but not bored.
Book tells about Kurt Wallander and his dream to buy a house at the land. His coworker gives him a tip of a house and he leaves to check it out. Going around the house he discovers a body and things went upside down and it starts a long search what goes decades ago.
Lopuksi kuullaan kirjailijan omia mietteitä niin Wallanderista kuin kirjoittamisesta sekä faneista. Kertomus oli todella miellyttävää luettavaa.
At the end you can read writers own thoughts about Wallander and writing and also about fans. It's nice to read and I would like to read it for a longer.
